LYFE Systems training is based on the role that you aspire to fulfill rather than your title.  Each level is designed to build the competencies you need to lead yourself and others effectively.

Knowing Yourself/Influencing Others
Understanding your own strengths and development needs is the building block for leadership. Leading others, requires that we must be effective in leading ourselves. Training at this level is appropriate for anyone who wants to increase his or her personal effectiveness in areas such as goal setting, self assessment,  managing change and influencing others.
Designed For: All professionals
Emerging Leaders
At one point in your career you may find yourself interested in leading others. As you prepare for leadership, you will need to make an impact beyond your own goal and function. At this stage you will find yourself initiating and planning. Within your team, you will need to feel comfortable leading people with different technical or industry expertise. Training at this level will build the interpersonal savvy need to lead across functions.
  Designed For: Individual contributors who need to influence others in approach to leadership.
Leading Others/Beginnings
Moving from individual contributor to managing others is one of the most challenging transitions that you’ll experience in your career. Understanding your new role and building your skills will help you avoid pitfalls and lead your direct reports to achieve results - you will come away with a better understanding of what you boss, peers and staff expect form you.
Designed For: Newly appointed supervisors or managers with less than one year of experience in managing  people and for anyone considering supervisory or management positions.
Leading Others/Established
As a manager or team leader you are likely to face new challenges and complexity in your role. Having the ability to lead through difficult changes, across functions, styles and cultures becomes increasingly important.  Training at this level will help you elevate your leadership capacity through coaching, facilitation, change management and cross culture fluency.
Designed For: Executives, Managers and Supervisors who need to be prepared to identify and resolve challenging  performance  issues.

Focusing on Transitions…
When you make a significant role transition, your world suddenly looks very different. New skills are required, expectations have changed and some of the behaviors that that made you successful may actually hold you back in your new role. For example, as a new leader you now have to direct others to do the work you would have done yourself in the past. We will provide you with the support you need to be successful in navigating these transitions.
